Position rub strip and foam inserts (Figure 7) on air dam/bumper cover and press retaining tabs into slots. Install 3 Phillips head screws into left
and right ends of bumper.

Slide reinforcement beam (Figure 7) supplied between original impact absorber sections and upper edge of air dam/bumper cover.

Final assembly

Install the bumper and spoiler assembly on vehicle without tightening bolts fully.

Inspect alignment of assembly and adjust if necessary.

Tighten mounting bolts. Align engine mount cooling tube (if equipped) with openings in driving lamp recess.

Route wiring so as to avoid any chafing. Secure wiring using clips and wire ties supplied. Install temperature sensor on license plate bracket.

16.

Install the combined 6-pin plug/socket (a, Figure 8) in the vehicle and insert between the 4-pin socket on the headlamp assembly (b) and the 4-pin
standard production plug (c).

Note:

U.S. version vehicles have only 4 pins. Remove the 2 unused pins on end of plug nearest to harness.
