Fuel Cut Solenoid: Service and Repair
Vacuum Unit Replacement Procedure:
PRECEDING WORK:
Charge air pipe (Intake Manifold) removed.
REMOVAL
-
Screw (6b) (use TORX-T30).
-
Bracket (6c).
-
Stop unit (6).
Raise slightly when removing, tilt back towards engine and withdraw.
-
0-ring (6a).
-
Emergency stop lever (25).
Press when installing and engage connecting rod of vacuum unit into the rocker of the emergency stop lever.
INSTALLATION
-
Reverse procedure.
