Oil Pressure Regulator Valve: Service and Repair
Preparation
-
Bottom engine compartment panel removed.

Extract or drain engine oil.

Model 140: Oil pan removed. See: Oil Pan/Service and Repair
Removal/Installation

Unbolt bottom part of oil pan (1) - seal, bolt on.
Tighten to: 10 Nm.

Unscrew screw plug (5) of oil pressure relief valve - screw on.
Tighten to: 40 Nm.
CAUTION: Screw plug (6) is pressurized by spring (4).

Remove spring (4), guide pin (3), control plunger (2) - install.
