NOTE:  Allow primer to air-dry for at least 5 minutes.

Applying Glue

After expiration of the heat-up time remove glue cartridge from cartridge heater, remove bottom of cartridge and puncture diaphragm. Screw on
application nozzle and insert cartridge into cartridge gun.

NOTE:  Heat-up time at least 20 minutes.

Guide nozzle along adhesive surface or glue residue on body flange while pressing a uniform quantity of glue out of the glue cartridge.

NOTE:  Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm.

NOTE:  Install windshield within 5 minutes before adhesive force of glue begins to decrease.

Before applying glue to windshield position on rubber windshield spacers and center

NOTE:  Observe dimension "A" measured between top of windshield and front edge of roof.

NOTE:  The distance from the side edge to the clip must be large enough to install the molding without damaging the windshield.
