MODIFIED REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Included in this Service Information is the Work Instruction no. 365 which describes the removal and installation of the one-piece center console cover
in model 140 vehicles.

Note: 

Any center console damaged due to improper removal/installation cannot be charged to MBNA on a warranty claim. Consoles inspected by MBNA
are subject to claim debits.

Disconnect and cover negative battery terminal.

2.

Remove radio and A/C push-button control module from center console using Special Tool no. 929 589 01 05 00 (1, Figure 1).
