Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair
Replacing Expansion Reservoir

Removal and Installation

Open cap of expansion reservoir (1) (release pressure).

WARNING:  Do not open cap (2) unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Risk of scalding!

Drain coolant (until expansion reservoir is empty), pour in. See: Service and Repair

Unplug connector (3) of coolant level indicator switch, plug in.

Detach coolant hoses (4), (6), (6), attach.

-

Unscrew nuts (7), screw on.

-

Remove expansion reservoir (1) install.

NOTE:  Pay attention to rubber pad (9) of expansion reservoir (1).
