7. Unhook wire cable to transmission (80) at release lever (77) (arrow) (figure B)
8. Compress locking device (arrows) and at the same time push the wire cable to transmission upwards out of the mount on the pedal bearing

bracket (figure C)

9. Turn wire cable to transmission (80) counterclockwise and pull off (figure D)

To remove, position selector lever or range selector lever in position "P" and leave in position "P" when wire cable to transmission is
removed

10. Remove rubber boot on tunnel
11. Open cable straps behind cover on left of tunnel and remove wire cable transmission

Installation

Install in reverse order, noting the follows:

To install, position selector lever or range selector lever in position "P", and leave in position "P" when wire cable to transmission is
removed.

Adjust wire cables for parking lock interlock

-

Attach wire cable transmission and turn clockwise (figure E)

Attach wire cable to transmission in the bracket on the jacket tube
