Transmission Cooler: Service and Repair
FLUSHING OUT
1. Connect pump tool No. 210 589 00 71 00, or equivalent, to pressure connection on reservoir of flushing equipment
2. Fill reservoir with suitable solvent
3. Connect hose to connecting tube and using appropriate connecting piece screw onto one of the two oil cooler lines (49) and flush out with suitable
solvent
4. Ensure suitable solvent flows freely.
5. After this blow out oil cooler and oil cooler lines thoroughly with compressed air.
NOTE:

During the flushing out process if necessary secure the plastic hose on the connecting tube (1) with a hose clamp.

The second plastic hose can be connected to the second oil cooler line
