7. Unscrew side cover from shift housing and valve housing

Check all valves for ease of movement

The sleeves and pistons of the regulating valves (72.2), (72.8) and (74.18) must not be mixed up.

The shift valve/B2 (74.27) can only be removed and installed when the valve housing is removed
