Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the glue bead (1). To prevent adhesion problems when installing the window,
keep the bonding surface free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive substances.

1. Cut down existing glue bead (1) on body flange to a height of approx. 1 to 2 mm.

Do not leave more than 2 mm of the existing glue bead (1). Remove glue residues from glue beads (1) not completely cut off.
Wet/dry vacuum cleaner

2. Repair paint damage on panoramic roof frame.
3. Apply primer in gluing area if glue residues are not present

Observe drying time of at least 10 minutes.

Repair Materials

Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the bonding surface (1) area. The bonding surface (1) must be free of dust, oil, grease,
wax, contamination residues and other adhesive constituents to prevent adhesion problems when glazing.

1. Cutout triangular opening on application nozzle so that adhesive can be applied with a height of approx. 14 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm.
2. Guide application nozzle along bonding surface (1) while uniformly pressing out adhesive.

Immediately remove contamination caused by the adhesive. Completely remove excess adhesive from cartridges immediately after applying
adhesive and dispose of it as per local regulations.
