To correct the rear angle, insert an additional 2 mm thick spacer between the rear axle and the rubber mount (arrow).

A 1 mm thick spacer changes the articulated angle by approximately 0.25-0.33° 

NOTE:

Spacers are available as spare parts in thicknesses of 1 mm-4 mm.

When using a  2-5 mm thick spacer, increase the bolt length by 5 mm.

If a spacer greater than 5mm is required, check the front rubber mount of the rear axle carrier, for wear, damage or settling, replace if necessary

Component Identification

Coat the splined profile with Molykote grease before assembly.

Reconnect front and rear sections of propeller shaft. The humps on the front propeller shaft must be between the two humps on the linkage arm
(arrows).

Ensure correct seat of rubber sleeve at large diameter.
