Oil Pressure Regulator Valve: Service and Repair
PRECEDING WORK
Oil pan removed.
OVERVIEW
Screw plug (5) of oil pressure relief valve WAF 22:
unscrew, Screw on (50 Nm).
Note
Screw plug (5) seals with tapered seat (arrows).
Spring (4), filling pin (3) and control piston (2):
remove, install.
Note
The control piston (2) must move freely in the oil pump bore (1).
