In normal operation with the rear air conditioning switched off, the blower (1) sucks recirculated air (A) out of the vehicle passenger compartment.
The recirculated air (A) passes through the uncooled evaporator (2). The recirculated air (A) then flows through the unheated heater core (3) and to
the air outlets (4 and 6) depending on the position of the air distribution flap (5).
