Output Shaft: Adjustments

Check and adjust axial play of connecting flange

1. Check endplay between connecting flange (33) and rear axle side gear (17). If necessary install thinner or thicker circlip (30a)

Axial play between connecting flange and differential housing ......................................................................................................................0.03-0.3 mm

Note:

End play must be within specified tolerance range. 

Circlips are available in thicknesses ranging between 1.4 mm and 2.7 mm in graduations of 0.05 mm.
