Ensure navigation system is functioning correctly after update.

The replaced Navigation DVD for the above models must be returned to Navteq through the standard process.

NOTE:

You must obtain the correct DVD per VIN by filling out the form shown above and fax to Navteq. For reliability, we encourage you
to fax in the form. The DVD will be sequentially numbered according to the VIN you provide in the form. If you have more than one
vehicle listed in the campaign in your dealership, please submit multiple VINs in a single form, Navteq will mail you one DVD per
VIN entered.
