Reinstall the trunk lid lock with the two M6 screws (Figure 6) on the trunk lid exterior and the retaining bracket with the three M6 screws (Arrows,
Figure 3) on the trunk lid interior.

12.

Connect the newly-made wiring harness (C, Figure 11) to the trunk lid lock (A, Figure 13).

13.

Reconnect the wiring (B, Figure 13) to the trunk lid lock.

14.

Reattach the linkage rod (C, Figure 13) to the trunk lid lock.

15.

Reinstall the license plate panel by snapping in the panel on the trunk lid exterior and reusing the slotless machine screw to secure it with the nut
(D, Figure 13) on the interior side of the trunk lid.
