Removing and Installing Air Spring Control Module

- except CODE (487) Active body control (ABC)

Connect quiescent current retention device

Disconnect ground cable from battery

Open engine hood and position upright

Unlock and remove cover on left fuse box (F1)

Pull out locking slide (1a) from both couplings (1) on ADS and suspension control module (N51) as far as the stop in the direction of the arrow
and remove connections.

NOTE:  The locking slide is located below the cable entries

Remove data bus system connector (2) from ADS and suspension control module

Take out ADS and suspension control module upwards out of left fuse box

NOTE:  When the control module is replaced it should be calibrated using STAR diagnosis.

Install in reverse order.
