AN91.22-P-0002-01SC Retrofit Refrigerator Box Wiring Harness

1. Connect ground line from refrigerator box wiring harness (1) to ground (left wheelhouse in luggage compartment) (W6).
2. Route refrigerator box wiring harness (1) along main wiring harness in direction of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

The refrigerator box wiring harness (1) must be routed and fixed to the main wiring harness in such a way as to prevent vibrations and damages.

3. Unclip and remove access cover from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) at stowage box/tray (4) with through-loading

function.

4. Install fuse carrier (2) from refrigerator box wiring harness (1) on side of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) in slot 139.

If not present, install fuse 139 (N10/2f139), 15 amps in fuse carrier (2).

5. Branch-off line (3) from refrigerator box wiring harness (1) will be connected to refrigerator box socket at a later point.
6. Install access cover from rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) at stowage box/tray (4) with through-loading function.

Do not operate refrigerator box if cooling is insufficient, system is damaged or obviously high refrigerant loss.

Evacuate damaged or leaky system as quickly as possible using approved evacuation, processing and charging equipment with integral disposal and
reprocessing capabilities.

Safety refrigerant R134a is colorless and odorless.

At normal temperatures it is neither toxic nor flammable, and will not explode in the air, no matter what its mixing ratio.

Use refrigerant R134a only in refrigeration systems intended for this purpose and approved for refrigerant.

The refrigerant R134a must not be mixed with other refrigerants (e.g. R12).
