AR67.20-P-1000-07SXS Prepare Rear Window For Installation

(Model 221.1 with CODE (Z07) Top Protection)

Repair Materials

The adhesive area on the rear-end window must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent a decrease in the gluing force when installing the
window.

1. Lift rear-end window and check for scratches and damages, replace if required.

Suction lifting device.

Position the suction lifting device in the upper third of the rear-end window so that the lifted rear-end window is parallel the C-pillars when
installing. Otherwise, the edges of the rear-end window could hit against the body flange when installing and break.

2. Clean adhesive areas on rear-end window, allow to flash off and coat with activator.

Observe flash-off time for activator.

3. Coat adhesive areas on rear-end window with primer.

Observe processing instructions for primer, under all circumstances, to prevent adhesion problems with the adhesive material when installing the
window.
