Test the BabySmart(TM) ACSR for proper operation by placing a BabySmart(TM) compatible child seat on the passenger seat (Figure 19):

ACSR indicator lamp (E16) illuminates.

HHT actual value display reads: ACSR ON.

Hold the BabySmart(TM) compatible child seat bottom away from the passenger seat (Figure 20):

ACSR indicator lamp (E16) turns off.

HHT actual value display reads:
ACSR: OFF.

5.

Place the BabySmart(TM) compatible child seat back on the passenger seat (Figure 19):

ACSR indicator lamp (E16) illuminates.

HHT actual value display reads: ACSR ON.
