Function

The vacuum element for the diverter flap (41) is controlled automatically depending on the average set temperature deviation on the interior air
temperature sensor and outdoor temperature by the automatic air conditioning pushbutton control module via the valve block (Y11).
When vacuum is present on the vacuum element for the diverter flap (41), the flap is opened.

Vacuum Element For Footwell Flap

The footwell flap vacuum elements open the footwell flaps 80 % or 100 % for control of the air to the air outlets in the front and rear footwells.

The footwell flap vacuum elements are designed as 2-stage vacuum elements with one vacuum connection each for stroke A (small stroke) and stroke B
(large stroke).
