Remove instrument panel

Unscrew screws (2)

Disconnect electrical connectors from evaporator housing cover (1)

Remove evaporator housing cover (1)

Remove right lateral nozzle air flap actuator motor (M16/26) from evaporator housing cover (1)

NOTE:  Installation:  Check condition of adjusting mechanism. If damage is found, obtain appropriate part from kinematics parts kit.

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory

Normalize actuator motor.

The condition of the adjustment mechanism for the corresponding air flap must be checked before mounting the removed actuator motor. If damaged, the
part must be replaced with the corresponding one from the kinematics parts kit and installed.
