Component Identification

Location

The SDAR antenna is located in the center on the trunk lid

Task

The SDAR antenna receives the SIRIUS satellite radio signals that are transmitted by the satellites or gap-filling transmitters and forwards them to the
SDAR control unit (N87/5).

Up to 31.5.05 the transfer to the SDAR control unit takes place via 2 antenna lines. As of 1.6.05 this is modified to one antenna line.
