AR83.25-P-1404R Remove/Install Right Air Inlet

DANGER:

-

Risk of explosion from gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury from caustic burns to
eyes and skin from battery electrolyte or from handling damaged lead-add batteries

No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.

-

Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and eye protection. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Remove battery

NOTE:  Starter battery.

Unscrew battery tray (4) and remove

Remove water collector

Disconnect electric connector (2)

Remove dip (5)

Unclip clamps (3) and remove air inlet box (1)

NOTE:  Installation:  Do not unclamp water drain valve.

Install in the reverse order.
