Blower Motor: Service and Repair

AR83.25-P-1200R Remove/Install Blower Motor

1.1 Switch off ignition, remove key from electronic ignition switch EIS
1.2 Switch off engine, remove Keyless Go card from vehicle

NOTE:  For CODE (889) Keyless Go Keep Keyless Go card out of reach of transmitter range.

Remove cover below instrument panel on right

Disconnect electrical connector on blower motor (A32m1).

Unscrew blower motor (A32m1) on evaporator housing

Remove blower motor (A32m1)

CAUTION:  Do not place blower motor onto fan wheel.

Unscrew screws (1)

Use suitable tool to unclip locating tab of retaining clamps (2) and remove casing of blower motor (A32m1) and blower regulator (A32n1)

CAUTION:  risk of fractures.

Remove blower motor (A32m1) from blower regulator (A32n1)

Install in the reverse order

Check blower motor (A32m1) for proper operation.
