Roll Bar Hydraulic Valve Block: Service and Repair
Remove/Install Valve Block

Preliminary jobs:

Remove coupe roof (operating instructions).
Remove baggage shelf. See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair
Remove coverings in rear.
Remove occasional (rear) seats. See: Seats/Service and Repair/Procedures
Observe safety regulations. See: Service Precautions/Technician Safety Information

 
 
A.

Roll bar valve block (A57)

Plug connectors (a, b)

disconnect.

Hydraulic lines (c, d, e, f, g, h)

remove on valve block.

NOTE:  Hydraulic line no. 101 (d) is under pressure. 
When the hydraulic line is disconnected cover connection with rag.
Screw plugs onto hydraulic lines and into connections on valve block immediately.
