Heater box (2)

remove. See: Heater Core Case/Service and Repair  

Heat exchanger (22)

remove (steps 1 - 3).

Cover (27)

remove, install (steps 4 and 5).

Evaporator (30)

remove, install (steps 6 to 8).

 
Removing and Installing evaporator

Unclip clips (arrow).

Unscrew bolts (24).

Withdraw heat exchanger (22) upwards.
