insulate connector with premium quality electrical tape (e.g. 3M Scotch(R) 33)

Route ACSR sub-harness (1, Figure 16), with occupied seat recognition/ACSR connector (x28/18), along existing harness and secure with cable
ties (arrows).

20.

Remove central locking interior control switch.

21.

Install new central locking interior control switch (7, Figure 17) with "AIRBAG OFF" indicator lamp (part no. 129 680 19 84).

22.

Connect ACSR indicator lamp connector to ACSR indicator lamp (E16).

23.

Reinstall components in reverse order of removal.

WARNING!

Ensure that all wires/harnesses are neatly routed away from areas of the vehicle where they may become pinched or chaffed and secure
wires/harnesses with cable ties.
