Metal housing with 2 separate NTC resistors. 4-pin plug connection, diagonally different resistances. 

Contact assignment at connector: 
Connection 1 and 4: ME-SFI control module 
Connection 2 and 3: Automatic air conditioning control module (N22) or air conditioning control module (N19).

Example of coolant temperature 

20 °C  2 500 ohms ± 5% between connection 1 and 4 

6 500 ohms ± 5% between connection 2 and 3 

80 °C  325 ohms ± 5% between connection 1 and 4  

650 ohms ± 5% between connection 2 and 3
