Bolt steering gear onto longitudinal frame member

CAUTION:  On vehicles with adjustable steering column, push lower steering shaft into steering coupling

Lower engine and install engine mounts

Install ground strap on longitudinal frame member

Install bolt (25a) in steering coupling

Screw on high-pressure stretch hose (30i)

Model 208 with engine 112, 113:  Apply the box wrench insert from the front with extension

Screw on return flow line (30f)

Install heat shield (23k)

Attach exhaust heat shields in the steering area

Install exhaust connecting pipe

Install front exhaust pipe on the left

Install drag link (11) on pitman arm

Install tie rod (10) on pitman arm

Attach front left cross brace

Fill and bleed power steering pump

Check steering gear for function and leaks

NOTE:  Visual inspection

Check ball point position

Check toe-in at front axle and if necessary adjust

Attach aerodynamic molding

Install lower engine compartment lining
