Clutch: Removal and Replacement

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove transmission housing from converter housing
2. Remove output shaft with center and rear gear set and clutch K3

Dismantle and assemble output shaft with center and rear gear set and K3 as required

-

Dismantle and assemble clutch K3 as required

3. Remove thrust needle bearing (13) and thrust washer (13a)
4. Remove drive shaft with clutch K2 and front gear set (58)

Dismantle and assemble drive shaft with clutch K2 and front gear set as required

5. Remove clutch K1 (83)

-

Remove, install multiple-disc brake B1 and oil pump as required

-

Dismantle and assemble clutch K1 as required

ASSEMBLY

1. Using grease, insert Teflon rings in the multiple-disc brake B1 in the groove so that the joint remains together
2. Mount clutch K1 (83)
3. Using grease, insert Teflon rings (58a) in the groove so that the joint remains together
4. Install drive shaft with clutch K2 and front gear set (58)
5. Install front washer (13a) and thrust needle bearing (13)
6. Install output shaft with center and rear gear set and clutch K3 (12)
7. Install transmission housing on converter housing.
