1. Attach suction cups (2) to rear window.
2. Position rear window on gluing flange, center and adjust interval to roof glass panel with feeler gage (1).

Measure dimension "A" between top edge of rear window and rear edge of roof glass panel, whereby the rear window and the roof glass panel
should be flush at the side.

3. Attach strips of tape (arrows), cut through at side edge of window and remove window.

Workshop Equipment

1. Position both suction cups on rear window.
2. Center rear window above window cutout with second mechanic and position so that strips of tape coincide.
3. Mount rear window onto adhesive bead and press on sufficiently until it is making contact at the bottom on the retaining strips and at the top on the

rubber channel.

When the coupe roof is fitted on, open a window of the car to prevent the window from being pressed out by the air pressure when a door is
closed.

Install rear window within 10 minutes after applying glue bead before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

Curing time is approx. 1 hour calculated from the time the rear window is installed.
