Pneumatic Seat Functions Intermittent

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the pneumatic seat functions, such as multicontour seat (code 404 and 405), operate
intermiffently or occasionally do not work, this may be due to a kink in the line. The open routing of the lines under the seat can allow the lines to
become kinked.

1.

Check routing of lines under seat.

2.

Repair damaged pneumatic lines by cutting out the kink and splicing the ends with a rubber hose.

3.

Reposition line and fasten with a tie wrap (Figure 1).
