Remove suction hose (A, Figure 3):

Remove and discard hose clamp (arrow) where suction hose is connected to suction line (B).

CAUTION:

Do not use sharp-edged tools (e.g., screwdriver) to remove suction hose (A, Figure 3) from SBC suction line (B), this may cause damage to the
suction line (B) and possible SBC brake system malfunctions.

Carefully detach suction hose (A, Figure 3) from the suction line (B) using a plastic wedge (Example: Special Tool: W110 589 03 59 00).

Note:

When removing suction hose (A, Figure 3), do not bend suction line.

To prevent brake fluid from running out and to prevent contamination in the brake system, the suction hose (A, Figure 3) and line (B) are
to be plugged using suitable plugs from the stop plug kit (Special Tool: W129 589 00 91 00).

Discard old suction hose (A) and clamp (arrow) after removal.
