Rattling or Knocking Noises When Driving Over Uneven Surfaces

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of a rattling or knocking noise which seems to emanate from one of the following areas; rear
axle, Vano roof C-pillar/inner paneling, or seats, when driving over uneven surfaces or undulating road conditions, one of the parking brake cables may
not be properly adjusted thus resulting in contact with the vehicle's underbody. In such cases, adjust the park brake (reference WIS document
AR42.20-P-0540R) and cable slack adjuster (reference WIS document AP42.20-P-4262R).

Note

The following allowable labor operations should be used when submitting a warranty claim for this repair.
