Check if the bracket (arrow, Figure 1) is installed on the SBC hydraulic unit:

If bracket (arrow) is installed, proceed to subject B, step 20: Check software release.

If a bracket is not installed, proceed to next step.

Check for bracket mounting bores (arrows Figure 2) in the SBC hydraulic unit:

If bores are not present, a clamp-on harness mounting bracket must be installed. Proceed to Subject B and complete the procedure in its entirety.

If bores are present, proceed to subject B and do not perform step 16: Installation of clamp-on mounting bracket.
B. Installation of Ground Wires and Bracket to SBC Wiring Harness
