Remove evaporator housing

Push the evaporator housing support (1) out upwards

Unclip the clamps (2) and pull sliding clamp (3) out

Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the fresh and recirculated air flap actuator motor

Remove tie straps (5) at evaporator housing

Fold the right section of the evaporator housing down and separate

Disconnect the electrical connector at the right blending air flap actuator motor (M16/29)

Remove blending air flap actuator motor (M16/29)

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory.

Normalize actuator motor.

Remove instrument panel

Unscrew screws (2)

Disconnect electrical connectors from evaporator housing cover (1)

Remove evaporator housing cover (1)

5

Remove left defroster vent flap actuator motor (M16/13) from evaporator housing cover(1)

NOTE:  Installation:  Check condition of adjusting mechanism. If damage is found, obtain appropriate part from kinematics parts kit.
