A plastic-headed mallet must be used to avoid damaging the paint.
Use a hot air gun to carefully heat up the outer edges of the fender to a maximum of 70 - 80 degrees C.

Do not overheat paint when warming edges of fender (max. 80 degrees C). Repair any damage to the paint.

Post-preserve wheel housings with underfloor protection. The repositioned fender edges should be sprayed with cavity preservation.
