AR46.10-P-0600-06I Remove/install height adjustment motor gear mechanism

- with CODE (275) Memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors)

Component Identification

Removing 

1.1 Model 215, 220: Unclip microswitch connector (a).

Remove bolts (60a) from gearing (60). Remove gearing (60) and detach gearing connection piece (60e).

Install

Insert gearing (60) and slide on gearing connection piece (60e).

Install bolts (60a) for gear mechanism (60).

Do not tighten bolts (60a) until the mounting console (87) is mounted on the steering column tube.

Check alignment of the two holes (arrows) in the pins. To do this, insert a suitable bolt through the holes and turn the pins to adjust the height if
necessary.

The chamfers of the bolt eyes (arrows) must point outwards.

6.1 Model 215, 220: Clip in microswitch connector (a).
