Tie Rod End: Service and Repair
AR46.40-P-0200I Remove/Install Outer Tie Rod

Remove/install Tie Rod

Remove front wheels

Press tie rod joint (10a) out of steering knuckle assembly

Installation: Replace self-locking nut

Loosen lock nut (10f) and unscrew tie rod (10)

NOTE:  Counterhold the tie rod (10) to slacken the lock nut (10f) (arrows).

Install in the reverse order

Check front wheel toe and adjust if necessary
