Coat splined profile with Molykote(R) grease.

Connect sections of propeller shaft.

The humps on the front propeller shaft must be between the two humps on the linkage arm (arrows). Ensure correct seat of rubber sleeve at large
diameter.

Drift for loosening fitted sleeves in flexible couplings.

Propeller shaft installed

Models 215, 220, 230 without vibration damper at rear

Loosen the fit sleeves of the flexible couplings using the drift (shop-made tool) on the three or four arm flange of the transmission or rear axle
center assembly.

Model 220.028/128 with vibration damper at rear
