Windshield Washer Nozzles Heating Inoperative

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the windshield washer nozzles do not spray at low ambient temperatures, the windshield
washer nozzle heater may be inoperative. Fault code B1635, washer fluid heater defective, will be stored in the front SAM if the ambient temperature
falls below 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit). In this case, check if an unheated windshield washer hose was installed in production. For the
heated windshield washer nozzles to function, a heated windshield washer hose is required due to the design of the CGW and SAM. If a standard hose
was installed in production, replace the standard hose with the heated washer nozzle hose. Do not replace the CGW or SAM. If B1635 is still present,
test the washer nozzle heaters.
