NOTE:  Ensure that the springs are seated properly (Figure 3).

5. Install metal contact plate using the 4 torx screws and the washers included with the repair kit. Airbag unit may need to be inclined during install to

properly fit the washers in place.

NOTE:  Tighten bolts to a torque of 4 Nm

6. Verify that the washers are properly installed (Figure 3).

7. Reinstall the airbag unit to the steering wheel. Refer to WIS document AR91.60-P-0660Q.
