NOTE:  Use new O-rings (2, 6) (coat with compressor oil) to install the test adapter.

Models 129, 140, 168, 170, 202, 208, 414:  8 N.m

Model 220, 461, 463:  10 N.m

Connect tester to test adapter (1)

Air conditioning leak detector
See "Commercially Available Tools" given below.

Check evaporator for leakage

NOTE:  Apply maximum pressure of 20 bar to evaporator. Constant pressure must be maintained for at least 10 min.

If in bad condition, Remove/install evaporator.

Install in the reverse order.
