5. Loosen bolts (2, 3) and adjust dimension "A" by moving wedge shims (5, 7) in direction of arrow
Dimension "A" is the distance from the crank window (1) to the inner surface of the waistline and is approx. 7.5 mm. The dimension A diminishes
by moving wedge shims (5, 7) upward; by moving wedge shims (5, 7) downward, dimension A increases (arrows).
6. Tighten bolts (2, 3) with specified tightening torque.
7.1. Loosen nut (9) and adjust dimension "A" by moving guide rail (10) in direction of arrow.
Only if the adjustment possibility of the wedge shim is not sufficient to adjust the distance from the crank window to the inner surface of the
waistline reinforcement.
8.1. Tighten nut (9) with specified tightening torque.
Only if nut (9) is loosened.
