Repair Materials

Component Identification

1. Clean bonding surfaces on spoiler corner reinforcement (3) with cleaning agent specified.

The bonding surfaces must be free of dust and grease.

The maximum adhesive force is reached after approx. 72 hours at 20 °C. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, carwash) within the first
24 hours. Prevent any mechanical stress.

2. Detach protective foil on adhesive strips at corners.

If grip lugs are not provided on the protective foils of the adhesive strips on the spoiler corner (2), slightly pull protective foils off at corresponding
ends and bend to an angle of 45° toward the edge of the component. Completely pull protective foil off in later work step.
