Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 degrees C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant
into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Drain coolant at radiator

Detach connection hoses (3) at the ATF lines (4) and fit together with connector (5)

NOTE:
-

Only transmission 722.6.

-

Seal connections!

Detach coolant line (6) at radiator

CAUTION:  Installation: Inspect hose clamp and coolant line, replace if necessary.

Detach coolant line (7) at radiator

CAUTION:  Installation: Inspect hose clamp and coolant line, replace if necessary.

Detach coolant line (8) at radiator

CAUTION:  Installation: Inspect hose clamp and coolant line, replace if necessary.

Take off clamps (9)

Pull radiator toward engine and detach coolant line (10)

CAUTION:  Installation:  Inspect hose clamp and coolant line, replace if necessary.

Unscrew bolts (11)

Lift radiator (12) up and out

CAUTION:  Installation:  When installing, ensure:
-

That the retaining studs (13) of the radiator on bottom right and left are located in the rubber mounts (14).

-

That the two retaining studs (13) are lightly moistened with lubricant.

-

That the rubber strip (15) and the retaining rubber 816) are correctly located.

-

That the spacer sleeves (17) and the rubber shock absorber (18) and the four-point nuts (19) are correctly located.

Install in the reverse order

Pour in coolant

Inspect cooling system for leaks

DANGER:
-

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury from contusions and burns if you insert your
hands into the engine when it is started or when it is running

-

Secure vehicle to prevent it moving off. Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.

-

Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Check oil level in automatic transmission and correct if necessary

NOTE:  Only transmission 722.6.

Run engine and inspect for leaks.
