Component Identification

Pressing out

Mark relative positions of rubber bushing (29d) and transverse link (29).

Press out rubber mount (29d) using extraction and insertion tool.

220 589 06 43 01 and use 220 589 06 43 02 from the extraction and insertion tool.

Make corresponding alignment mark on new rubber bushing (29d).

Fit chamfer of rubber mount (29d) to chamfer on cross strut (29).

The slot in the rubber bushing (29d) must align with the longitudinal axis of the transverse link (29).

Press in rubber mount (29d) as far as the stop.

When pressing in ensure that the rubber mount (29d) is not twisted.
