Over-expansion (C) of door sealing frame (2) should be approx. 1.0 mm.

Adjust

It is necessary to remove the door lining from the front door, the left door or right door speaker group when adjusting the crank window (1) as well as
loosening the door foil (3) on the inner door panel.

4. Turn height adjuster (5) approx. 5 turn downward.
5. Enter vehicle, close front door and move crank window (1) to upper end position.
6. Press height adjuster (6) over recesses on inner door panel with suitable screwdriver (4) upward to corresponding limit stop.

Both height adjusters (5) should reach their limit stops simultaneously, e.g. the crank window (1) should not tilt when moving up.

7. Lower crank window (1), open front door, exit vehicle and move crank window (1) to upper limit stop.Check whether both height adjusters (5)

reach their limit stops simultaneously, if necessary repeat adjustment.

8. Check over-expansion (C) of door sealing frame (2) through crank window (1) in area of mirror triangle; adjust if necessary.

The door sealing frame (2) should be stretched approx. 1.0 mm.
