Here's a tip. If the door glass is properly adjusted, the corner of the glass will make contact with the weatherstrip just as the door latch mechanism
contacts the door striker.

With the door glass in the full up position, slowly close the door. When the corner of the glass touches the weatherstrip, a "click" will be heard as the
door latch contacts the door striker.
